PRODUCT DELIVERY
Orders confirmed by PILAR DEL CAMPO will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer when placing the order and within the time period confirmed with the order.
If the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Customer, it will be sent to the NACEX warehouses.
The user is responsible for verifying the quantity, condition, and state of the merchandise at the time of delivery.
If the product is damaged or incomplete, the Customer must contact and notify PILAR DEL CAMPO within a maximum of 24 hours from delivery.
If the defect is attributable to the brand, it will be replaced at no additional cost.

RETURNS
PILAR DEL CAMPO garments are exclusive, personalized, and made to measure on demand. This means that returns cannot be made, except if the product is damaged or does not correspond to what was agreed upon at the time of the order.
In no case will the product amount be refunded, and it may only be replaced by what was agreed upon in the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 3 days from placing the order.
